Ceramic Beads blasting are produced by fusing high quality zirconium sand under over 2000 temperature and then made into different micro beads through special technology. The main chemical composition of Zirconia Beads is 60-66% ZrO2.
Ceramic bead blasting media are designed for use with a wide range of substrates, including hard steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium, brass, copper and plastics.it is also well suited to high-performance applications in wheel and dry/wet air blast equipment.

5. Advantages --compared with glass blasting media
1)Reduced beads consumption (30 - 40 times) against glass blasting media;
2)Lower metal surface roughness;
3)Less operating pressure and reduced abrasive velocity needed than glass blasting media;
4)Milk white color, high sphericity and smooth surface;
5)Strong impact resistance and high toughness, but gentle with equipment and tools preserving work parts;
6)No metallic contamination for treated parts;
7)Lower dust production.
