1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting
Ceramic bead is one clean and high efficient blasting media,It selects the high quality zircon sand as main
raw material,then fused in high temperture over 2000 degrees,finally made into different
Mircobeads through special technology,it has wide particle size distribution,which can match most blasting
machines.
Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads has higher density,lower break-down rate,it will provide one
clean and bright blasting working condition,save the refuel time,then finally improve the blasting efficiency
and blasting cost.
It can replace glass beads where one clean working condition is required.

4. How to choose the right specification of ceramic beads?
Ceramic beads can replace glass beads in blasting process for plastic parts and most metal parts,when you
are going to use ceramic beads as blasting media,suggest to choose one more coarse size compared with
glass beads,for example,if you use glass beads 80#,then you can choose ceramic beads B60 since ceramic
beads has higher density and hardness,it can achieve the same blasting effect
5. Why Ceramic Beads is one high efficiency blasting media?
Ceramic beads has tiny ZrO2 microstructure,whose diameter is generally 1-2 Mircon,in tile shape and distributed
on the substrate of SiO,then it has very good wear-resistance and high-impact resistance,also ensures its hardness
and strength,that is why ceramic beads has good wear-resistance and high efficiency compared with other blasting
medias.
6. Precautions for using Ceramic Beads:
When using ceramic beads for the first time, please kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector,since ceramic beads
need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process.Please kindly note that it can be multiple recycled. The service
life of ceramic beads is about 20-30 times than the one of glass beads.
Ceramic beads should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, also please wear one mask when using it.
Waste ceramic sand should be disposed correctly in accordance with local solid waste disposal regulations.
