DESCRIPTION OF CERAMIC BEADS

Ceramic beads is one of the most cost effective blasting media, has been taken place of glass beads in many blasting fields.
It is made of mineral oxides of zirconia sand through electro fusion in ore furnace.
Both ceramic beads and glass beads are available in two types; as blasting beads, and as peening beads.
It has fine internal structure, leading high density and high toughness and fracture resistant, ensuring consistent surface finishes.
