1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads
Ceramic Beads is also called as ceramic micro-beads,it selects the high-quality imported Australian zircon
sand as main raw material, then fused in electronic furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,finally
made into different micro-beads by the process of cooling,screening,magnetic separation,inspecting,packing.
It has the features of good sphericity,smooth surface,good elasticity,high hardness,which can be rebounded
at any angle in the whole process of sandblasting,especially suitable for the metal surface finish.
Meanwhile,it can also eliminate the stress and improve the fatigue life of treated work-pieces.
